Why did we start the Tunturipuu online store? First of all. Thank you very much for visiting our online store and purchasing our partners’ products and services. All euros in our online store go towards work, products and service, as well as the development of the store. The Tunturipuu online store actually started when we (Anne and Esa) bought a cottage in Levi, Lapland.
We thought that would be it. Let the nice vacation begin. We were wrong. We didn’t know where to get firewood for the fireplace, who would do the snow removal, maintain the cottage, clean or fix minor defects.
Where can we find someone for life-cycle services, equipment maintenance, and transportation.
We missed such services that were easily and effortlessly available. Many cottage owners have probably wondered the same things – and if you rent a cottage, wouldn’t it be great to be able to give the tenant one contact information through which they can get help from the beginning to the end of their holiday?
We started wondering if there could be other users of such a service? We founded the Tunturipuu online store based on our own needs and experience. There are better things to do in life than worry about cottage maintenance and firewood.
At Tunturipuu, we take care of the work. Firewood, snow removal, chimney sweeping, maintenance, cottage condition, cleaning, program services and much more – all from the same address.
This way, your holiday will go without stress, while you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

That’s why we decided to include them in the online store’s selection – new products and services are constantly being added! In Tunturipuu’s online store you can find soap, drums, skis, sauna supplies, kitchen products, car chargers and much more. We are not the cheapest and fastest online store, but we guarantee high quality and domestic.
We cannot compete with foreign online store prices. We operate in peace, with high quality and responsibly – and you always know where your package is going. Posti transports our packages with electricity produced by solar or wind energy, directly to your home or cottage.
Tunturipuu is a Finnish family business whose mission is to make your life easy. We can already see how in the future we will serve not only Lapland but also further south. Possibly in the future even further west than the borders of Suonen.
