DELIVERY TIME IS TWO(2) MONTHS FROM ORDER
Operating area within a 50km radius of Rovaniemi as well as the Levi and Ylläs areas
Additional kilometres, 50 cents /km (0.50e) incl VAT 25.5%
The maintenance package includes:
-assessment of the general condition of the heat pump system
– Inspection of the outdoor unit’s mounting and vibration damper, inspection of the rubbers
– Inspection of the outdoor unit’s fan
– Inspection of the outdoor unit’s coil and cleaning if necessary
– Inspection of the piping casings
– Inspection of the wall penetration
– Inspection of the indoor unit’s condensate drain line operation and flushing
– Cleaning of the indoor unit’s coil
– Cleaning of the indoor unit’s fans
– Guidance for self-maintenance if necessary
Refrigerant quantity inspection, by what means the amount can be reliably determined. Pressure measurement does not reveal the correct and actual amount; instead the refrigerant must be removed from the unit into a bottle placed on a precision scale with a dedicated pump intended for recovery. In this way the refrigerant amount can be determined and the exact amount indicated on the type plate can be put back into the unit accordingly.
As a note to the customer ,that the indoor and outdoor units must be in an easily accessible place that can be reached safely using ladders.
