In practice the measurement is done by placing the foot on the measuring device, reading the measurement from the heel to the tip of the longest toe, comparing to the table and adding the allowance; that gives your shoe size. Otherwise the sizes correspond to Finnish shoe sizes.

A classic, timeless and stylish leather boot for everyday use in the cold and changeable conditions of the Nordic region. The surface of the boot, fully made in Finland, is top-grain leather, which naturally repels moisture excellently and the inside lined with soft teddy lining keeps your feet very warm. The boot is not only striking in appearance but fits the foot excellently and, thanks to the grippy sole, is sturdy and safe underfoot. The leather also endures freezing weather well, remaining flexible and usable, and the boot does not mind, for example, a drying cabinet.

The Model 500 boot is also available unlined.

The roots of this boot model date back to the 1950s, when the footwear began to be manufactured in Kankaanpää. They wanted to produce a boot that would withstand heavy use, be comfortable to wear and keep the feet warm. Over the years, small changes have been made to the shoe as production methods and materials have evolved.
