Heat pump maintenance is ordered and paid in the online store. After the order you will be contacted to arrange the maintenance time. The maintenance appointment is at the latest within two weeks of the order. Work is carried out on weekdays between 7-17. The area of operation is within a 50 km radius from Hyvinkää.

(Refills are charged separately €60 including VAT 25.5% /100g of refrigerant)

As a note to the customer that the indoor and outdoor units must be in an easily accessible location that can be reached safely using ladders.

The maintenance package includes:

Assessment of the general condition of the heat pump system
Inspection of the outdoor unit’s mounting and vibration-damping rubber mounts
Inspection of the outdoor unit’s fan
Inspection of the outdoor unit’s coil and cleaning if necessary
Inspection of the piping enclosures
Inspection of the wall penetration
Inspection and flushing of the indoor unit’s condensate drain line
Cleaning of the indoor unit’s coil
Cleaning of the indoor unit’s fans
Checking the refrigerant amount by measuring the gas line pressure
Guidance for DIY maintenance if necessary
