1. Organizer of the draw

2. Participation period

The draw starts on 15.9.2025 and ends on 30.6.2026

3. Eligibility to participate

All Finnish citizens and EU citizens who have reached the age of 18 (18 years) may participate in the draw

However, employees of Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy and employees and their family members of those companies, or persons who have been involved in arranging this draw, are not eligible to participate.

The organizer of the draw has the right to disregard entries that have not been made in accordance with these terms.

4. How to participate

Participation in the draw is done, for example, by filling out an online form / subscribing to the newsletter / a social media comment.

The following information is collected upon participation: name, email address and any other contact details necessary to deliver the prize.

By participating in the draw, the participant gives consent for the organizer to use their contact details for marketing communications (e.g. newsletter, email marketing). The participant can withdraw their consent for marketing communications at any time.

5. Execution of the draw and delivery of the prize

The prize will be drawn among the participants on 30.6.2026.

The organizer of the draw will contact the winner of the prize.

6. Prize

The prize in the draw is described as (1.55 g of natural Tankavaara gold) and has a value of 300 euros.

7. Conditions related to the prize

One person may participate in the draw only once. The organizer of the competition has the right to disregard entries that have not been made in accordance with the rules. The winner will be contacted via email / text message, and the winner must then provide their contact details to the organizer of the draw. The winner is responsible for any costs related to claiming the prize.

If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information or if the prize notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons not attributable to the organizers by 30.12.2026, the organizers have no obligation to deliver the prize or equivalent compensation to the winner.

If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, the organizer has the right to draw a new winner.

The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

8. Organizer’s liability

The organizer’s liability is limited to the euro value of the prize stated in these rules. The organizer of the draw is not responsible for incorrect draws or detected abuses caused by possible technical reasons.

9. Lottery tax

The prizes are provided by Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy, which is responsible for paying the statutory lottery tax payable on these prizes.

10. Processing of personal data

The personal data of participants in the draw is processed to carry out the draw, to deliver the prize and to send marketing communications.

The legal basis for processing is the consent given by the participant (GDPR 6.1.a).

The participant may withdraw their consent to marketing at any time by contacting the organizer or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

11. Other terms

By participating in this draw, participants agree to comply with these rules. The organizer of the draw reserves the right to make changes.
