At Telttasaana Oy, we believe that a sauna belongs everywhere – not just in a cottage or in the basement of an apartment building.

A high-quality, domestically manufactured tent sauna Our story begins with a simple idea: how good could a tent sauna be? Our founders are both passionate nature enthusiasts and dedicated sauna lovers. Based on their experiences, we decided to create something new – the world’s best tent sauna.

A sauna must go wherever we go: to the lakeside, the fells, the backyard or festivals. That’s how Telttasaana Oy was born – out of a love for sauna and freedom.

We manufacture handmade, carefully designed and nature-friendly tent saunas in Finland. Each model has been tested in the right conditions and built according to the cornerstones of a good sauna: Proper ventilation, sufficient bench height, large stone mass and a sufficiently efficient heater. The end result is a high-quality tent sauna, the story of which only fully unfolds when you sit in the sauna. Welcome to the sauna – wherever you are. Who is behind the sauna? The founder of the tent sauna is Sebastian Långström, a sauna man in his heart and blood.

The idea was born when the passion for sauna and freedom met a practical need: why shouldn’t a sauna be able to go with you wherever you go? Sebastian’s goal was to build a tent sauna that is not a compromise but a real, proper sauna – wherever and whenever you want.

He has been involved in the design, testing and development of every detail from the very beginning – from the placement of the heater to what it feels like to sit on the benches in the fells or by the sea.
