This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 June 2026. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter sent by post or by e-mail).

You may use the attached cancellation form, but its use is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs of having chosen a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of cancellation.

We will reimburse you using the payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case so that you do not incur any costs for the return of the payments.

You can also fill in the model cancellation form and submit it or another unambiguous notification electronically on our website https://tunturipuu.fi. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by a durable medium (e.g. email). You must return the goods to the supplier who has arrived with you in the shipment without delay and at the latest 14 days after you have given your cancellation notice.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of that 14-day period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
