General terms of delivery

General
These terms of delivery apply to orders between the Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy online store (tunturipuu.fi) and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

The online store sells products to adult private individuals as well as to companies to Finland, Norway, England and EU countries, excluding countries that are on the EU sanctions list

Ordering and agreement
Products are ordered through the online store using the shopping cart. The customer receives an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order. The order is binding when the order confirmation has been sent to the customer. Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy reserves the right to cancel the order if the product is not available or if an error occurs in the product information or pricing.

Prices and payment methods
All prices include the applicable value added tax, unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods:
• Online banking payment
• Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• MobilePay / PayPal / invoice and installment services (Klarna, Walley)
Payment is made securely through the payment service, which forwards payments to Paytrail Oyj.

Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver orders mainly via Posti and Matkahuolto.
Shipping costs are determined by the delivery method and the weight of the order and are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. If the product is out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will notify the customer by email.

Right to exchange and return
The customer has a 14-day right to exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Before returning, contact us by email at tunturipuu@tunturipuu.fi to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Payment service provider
The payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier as the first priority.

Complaints and defective products
If the product is defective or incorrect, contact customer service as soon as possible by email.
The defective product will be replaced free of charge with a new one or the money will be refunded, depending on the situation.

Cancellation of the order
An order can be changed or canceled before it is processed by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, the return terms apply.

Data protection
We process customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information is used only for processing orders and maintaining the customer relationship. Read more in the Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy privacy statement.

Limitation of liability
Tunturipuun Kauppa Oy is not responsible for indirect damages or delays resulting from a force majeure, such as a strike, transport interruptions, or official regulations.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
